YOU DID IT AGAIN! Our large window was installed this week and we could not be happier.
The window is a perfect match. From the moment the estimator took the
initial measurements to the very end, your crew did a sterling job.
They were respectful of our home, pleasant and very professional.
And when they were finished, they did a fantastic job cleaning
up...even vacuumed!
Your company is a class act...I will happily refer all our friends and
neighbors to you in the future.

Good Afternoon Beth,
I wanted to send out an email last night, but you know how evenings go. Sometimes it never happens on time. The windows are wonderful. The windows look beautiful, the job Bruce did was amazing. I can't get over it. I am so happy, my Mom and Dad are so happy. The outside with the shutters looks just like a new house. All the neighbors were looking at it with my dad last night and saying how wonderful it all looks. The house across the street was doing window wrapping yesterday by a no-name group of guys. They were there until late last night, makes you wonder if they knew what they were doing.
My father was outside last night taking pictures. He was sending them to all the family and now he wants all the flowers planted. Everything is wonderful.
Have a great weekend and look forward to getting the storm door, but again, understand how it works and no rush.

Beth/Pandora--
In my note to Pandora of last evening, I forgot to say how much I enjoyed working with your installer, Kenny. I worked under a shade tree in the front yard while he was doing his work in the full heat of the sun. Interestingly, it was HE (the guest, really) who provided ME much appreciated Gatorade and other drinks while we worked.
I enjoyed working and talking with him; I appreciated his generosity; and I could see from his work that he is an experienced craftsman. I'm sure you know already, but please be advised once again, that he is a valuable asset to your company. Thanks for another job well done.
Thank you again. We really appreciate the great job Bruce and Glen did on the windows and Kenny did on our door/storm doors.
By the way, he also had very nice things to say about you. Nice guy.

Hi Beth and Pandora.
I just wanted to let you know that Bruce and Glen finished up about a half-hour ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We both are so happy that we chose your company to do this work for us. Everything looks fabulous, and it's soooooo nice to be able to open up the windows all over the house. I thought you might like to see the guys in front of the new living room windows. They are obviously very good at what they do, because from what I understand, several of the windows were QUITE challenging to replace, to say the least!
The only problem now is that the two doors on either side of the new windows look even worse than they did before! :-) But I think I may be able to convince Rob that we should get you all to replace those, too.... We'll see!
Thank you again. We really appreciate the great job Bruce and Glen did on the windows and Kenny did on our door/storm doors.

Our New Windows! |

we are happy to share our praises!!
We are having a "Reveal" party on May 29 to
celebrate the completion of our kitchen and the
new windows. I have family coming in town from
Florida, Missouri and Colorado for this party.
Our minister is coming by to do a traditional
Celtic Blessing of the house/kitchen at 2pm - it
ends in the kitchen where we'll break bread
to celebrate. Part of this ceremony is to walk
around the house and bless all the entrances (I
told him he had his work cut out for him with 37
new windows!) - so it should be fun. Please feel
free to come by and see us that day and join us
for the Blessing. You may even get some new
business from the neighbors!

Back in May of 1998 we first
entered into contact with Better Windows by
Beth, Inc. through an advertisement and we
decided to give her a call. At the time, we had
just moved into our house – a 1926 bungalow that
needed a lot of work – and the rotting-wood
drafty windows were in particularly bad shape.
First we had considered replacing
a couple of windows to see how we liked the
vinyl, compared to wood. But after Beth came to
our house, we realized the great advantages
offered by vinyl windows and Beth suggested that
we consider replacing all our windows, both to
save money (she gave us a discount for buying
all the windows at the same time) and to lower
our heating/cooling
bill.
We purchased the Interstate
windows with grids. We have been very happy with
these windows after five years. They are not
only attractive but low maintenance and
thermally friendly, all year round.
By September of 2001, we decided
it was time to replace our French door entry
unit in the living room. We considered other
options but ultimately chose Beth again, because
of the quality of her products. We chose a
SugarCreek storm door French unit. It looks
beautiful and so far we have not incurred any
problems. We also got a 20-gauge smooth steel
door with internal grids, for our utility room.
It was a great choice and smart investment for
our house.
All in all, Better Windows by Beth
has been a wonderful company to work with. Beth
stands by her products and craftsmanship, which
gives us peace of mind as homeowners.
